📦 Return Policy

To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or phone. If the return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition).
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
